Hours during COVID-19 Pandemic

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, we will be making temporary changes in the way we deliver your care. Our goal is to minimize potential exposure to as many people as possible, while ensuring we can continue to operate safely to attend to those who require urgent care. We will continue to adjust, as the situation evolves.

Additionally, we are continuing to review our schedules and are trying to offer as many appointments as possible to be accomplished safely by telephone or a virtual visit. We ask that you consider deferring any non-essential visits like Annual Physicals for 3 months. If you have a routine appointment request that can be completed via phone call with your provider, please speak to Reception and we will arrange a booking time. Those visits that are of a more urgent nature and require an in-person visit will still be offered this option. At this time, C-FHT is reducing evening hours in order to ensure adequate staffing for providing the safest possible care. We remain open until 4:00 pm Monday-Friday. There is a physician on call both evenings and weekends.

IF YOU ARE BOOKED FOR AN APPOINTMENT AT THE CLINIC:

• You will be screened by staff at the door.
• You will be provided with a surgical mask if it is required.
• Please try to stay 2m (6ft) away from other people.
• Please avoid touching any surfaces.
