Breast screening: Mammogram every two years for women aged 50-74
Cervical screening: Pap test every three years for women aged 21-69
Colon screening: At-home stool test (FIT test) every two years for those aged 50-74
Tobacco/smoking cessation, annual flu shots and immunizations for conditions such as shingles are some other initiatives that can help you to stay healthy.
