Any patient of CFHT who would benefit from a short term assessment and therapy model, who does not have access to sufficient coverage for psychotherapy through insurance benefits from work, family members or does not have access to EAP (Employee Access Program) therapy. All patients are eligible for diagnostic clarification and medication support if recommended from their provider. We will explore benefits coverage/EAP details upon intake so please have this information available.
