This 4-week program is taught by Occupational Therapists from the Caroline Family Health Team & the Burlington Family Health Team.  One session is facilitated by a CFHT dietitian.  The sessions are dedicated to providing participants with current and evidence based findings with respect to the importance of brain health across the lifespan as well as the impact of lifestyle factors for brain health.   Participants will also be provided with memory strategies that can be utilized in their daily activities.

Where:  Virtually using the platform Zoom (upon registration you will receive a link).

When:   The program consists of one hour sessions offered twice per week for four consecutive weeks.   The program is repeated throughout the year.

Who:  Individuals 60+ with an interest in normal brain health and aging.  (This program is not suitable for those diagnosed with cognitive impairment or any type of dementia).
